If you missing Libre Office menu bar in Ubuntu 16.04, then don't worry.
Here are solution for that....
You should follow below step-
First of all you have to uninstall libre office gtk and gnome by command.
1- Go to terminal
2- Run command
sudo apt-get remove libreoffice-gtk
sudo apt-get remove libreoffice-gnome
After running the above command you have to update once-
sudo apt-get update
Now restart your libre office it will working fine.
